Ok, here goes folks. I'm gonna give this a shot. I'm a little nervous...I keep having flashbacks of my Dad running behind me and pretending he's holding onto the back of my bike seat and then me turning around to realize that he's just kinda jogging beside me and then skidding to a halting stop that ended with me on the ground crying and the cool scar I have on my elbow.
First of all, Xi. You're kidding right? What are you going to do with your mercury folder? Haven't you been working on mercury all semester? That would be like me showing up in Moz and these CARE kids saying "yeah, we were thinking about climate change, but now we're gonna go for an air pollution study." You're taking this a lot better than I think I would. Regardless, good luck -- I'm sure you'll be great. How's your roomie? If he makes chocolate brownies, he's already starting at like 113 cool points in my book.
Kim and Markie. I don't know what to say to you guys other than thank you for listening tonight and always being on my side. You guys are like my dad (man, he's really gettin a shout-out tonight, huh?). He think EVERYTHING his kids does is wonderful. He thinks I'm doing ground-breaking research that EVERYONE is going to be soo excited about. I love him. :)
See you latter two tomorrow at the partay! Xi -- may the force be with you!
This could be my last blog, but now I can cross this off my "do before I die list." woo hoo!
